2008 Panama City Beach / Things to Know

1. The 2008 Promo DVD will be sent out in October to every contact in our database and everyone that registers for camp. If you do not receive one by November, please contact Sheila at Sheila@bigstuf.com. Please email her your name and address.

2. We will be mailing out our 2008 promo posters to everyone registered. These posters will be created and mailed out in March. They will help you promote camp and it will also include valuable information such as dress codes, directions, map, registration and rooming information, emergency numbers, and what to bring.

3. Consent forms are available online in your account. Please be sure to have everyone in your group fill one out, leaders and students. You will need to bring them with you to camp and turn them in at the registration table. You cannot attend camp if we do not have your consent form.

4. Deadlines:

January 17 - Last day to cancel and deposits be applied to your remaining balance. Price increases to $334.00

March 17 - Price increases to $344.00

May 2 - June Camps final payments are due. Last day to cancel. Online t-shirt forms and rooming forms are due.

May 23 - July Camps final payments are due. Last day to cancel. Online t-shirt forms and rooming forms are due.

6. Your students may want to bring spending money for the following things:

a. BigStuf Store: T-shirts, CDs, Books, Frisbees, Camp Highlight Video, etc.

b. BigStuf 2007 church group picture (between $7 and $10)

c. Snack Bar (Inside Hotel Lobby), Snow Cone Kiosk (outside by pool), Late night Domino's pizza and cheesy bread.

d. Arcade

7. What do your students need to bring besides money?

Beach towel, sunscreen, water bottles, flip flops, one-piece bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, bibles, and journals. Don't forget your luau clothes! Bed linens and bath towels are provided in the hotel rooms.
